Discounts for WooCommerce Subscriptions is a specialized pricing engine for recurring payments in the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. Discounts are configured per product (and per variation), each with its own discounted periods and rates, and renewals can move in either direction:
- Apply fixed or progressive percentage discounts to renewal prices so loyal subscribers pay less the longer they stay.
- Increase renewal prices by subscription period to earn more with every renewal.
- Give role-based discounts to specific user groups or existing subscribers.
Example: a $100/month subscription can drop to $95 after six months and $90 from the twelfth month — or climb $110, $120 with each renewal. You decide the sequence.
Customers always see where they stand: the discount table on the product page explains the policy (fully customizable text and placement, styled by your theme), and current and upcoming discounts appear in the account area, cart, checkout, and service emails. In wp-admin, a discount sequence panel on each subscription helps you track and forecast pricing, and you can manually apply discount rules to existing subscriptions at any time.
Retaining a subscriber is cheaper than winning a new one — this plugin exists to multiply retention and lifetime value.
