You agree to abide by the following Terms of Service in order to use Meow Crew’s plugins. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Meow Crew distributes plugins directly on the meow-crew.com website and on the WooCommerce marketplace. That’s why the terms of service depend on where you bought the plugin. If you purchased a plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace, you are subject to their ToS (you can find the details on woocommerce.com).
Licensing
Meow Crew’s plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
Automatic Updates and Support
You can expect 1 year of automatic updates with the purchase of an Annual Plan product, and lifetime automatic updates with the purchase of a Lifetime Plan product. After 1 year, the Annual Plan auto-renews for further updates. You may cancel your Annual Plan subscription at any time from your account on the Freemius dashboard and keep using the product without renewal — but without premium features. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates for purchased plugin(s).
Support for purchased plugin(s) is provided for one year on annual plans and is unlimited in time on lifetime plans.
If you purchased a plugin on woocommerce.com, please reach out for support from your personal account on woocommerce.com. In all other cases, use the plugin interface in the wp-admin area to reach support.
You can expect a response within 1 working day.
Support Includes:
- Responding to questions or problems regarding the plugin’s features.
- Fixing bugs and reported issues in our products.
- Providing plugin updates to ensure compatibility with new WordPress and WooCommerce versions.
Support Doesn’t Include:
- Plugin customization according to your needs.
- Requests that require custom coding.
- Support and integration of third-party plugins.
Intellectual Property Rights
All plugins are the property of Meow Crew. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights over our products is strictly prohibited.
Our plugins are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
Plugin Delivery
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key and download link will also be available via email or your woocommerce.com account.
Access to re-download purchased files is granted for as long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files is discontinued until the license key is renewed.
Price Changes
Meow Crew reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all plugins are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Discounts
Any discounts apply only to the first term of the purchased subscription. Renewal prices revert to the full price of the plugin at the time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, Meow Crew accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits.
