You agree to abide by the following Terms of Service in order to use Meow Crew’s plugins. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Meow Crew distributes plugins directly on the meow-crew.com website and WooCommerce marketplace. That’s why the terms of service depend on where you bought the plugin. In case you purchased a plugin on the WooCommerce marketplace, you are subject to their ToS (you can find details on woocommerce.com).
Meow Crew’s plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License (www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
You can expect 1 Year of automatic updates on the purchase of the Annual Plans product and Lifetime automatic updates on the purchase of the Lifetime Plans product. After 1 Year, auto-renewal of the plugin(Annual Plans) for further updates. You may cancel your Annual Plans subscription at any time from your account on our website and keep using the product without renewal. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates for purchased plugin(s).
Support for the purchased plugin(s) is given for one year for annual plans and unlimited in time for lifetime plans.
If you purchased plugin on woocommerce.com, please reach out for support from your personal account on woocommerce.com. In all other cases, to reach out to support, use the plugin interface in the wp-admin area.
You can expect a response within 1 Working Day.
All plugins are property of “Meow Crew”. Claiming any type of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.
Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied.
After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key and download link will also be available via email or woocommerce.com account.
Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.
“Meow Crew” reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugins subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all plugins are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Any discounts only apply to the first term of the purchased subscription. Renewal prices will revert to the full price of the plugin at the time of purchase.
Except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, “Meow Crew” accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement. This includes but is not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits.
